About The Founder

My name is Mia and I’m a 23-year old writer and marketer living in Manchester! Maybe Muse was founded after I graduated from my MSc in marketing, as I decided to combine my love of writing with the skills I’d picked up during my course to create a platform where I could explore all of the issues, inspirations and interests impacting girls in their early adulthood (like me!).

My goal for Maybe Muse is for this website to become a space where people can share and discuss topics that matter to them. Our values focus on intersectional feminism, community and sharing, so that everyone can feel represented and informed, no matter who they are. While the site and social media accounts are currently managed solely by me, I would love to introduce guest blog and article submissions in the future in order to align with my goal of having Maybe Muse be representative of all voices.
